CARRIE TESSAROLO
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Carrie graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree from the University of British Columbia.
She has an extensive history of being a team trainer for the New Westminster Intermediate and Junior Salmonbellies, which is what led her to pursue a career in Physiotherapy.
Carrie is an Orthopaedic Physiotherapist and has completed post-graduate training in Manual Therapy and dry needling techniques including Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) and Anatomical Acupuncture.
Carrie has a special interest in Women's Health Physiotherapy and is trained to perform internal pelvic assessments and treatments related to pelvic floor dysfunction. Combining a treatment approach consisting of education, manual therapy, and functional exercises allows her to guide her clients to return to the activities that they enjoy most.
