NICOLA (NIKKI) TAIT
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Nikki qualified as a Physiotherapist in the UK. Since moving to Canada, she has worked in the private and public sector. She has extended her knowledge by taking many postgraduate courses including orthopedics, neurology, pain management and IMS (intramuscular stimulation or dry needling).
Nikki has experience treating whiplash, and other motor vehicle accident injuries, sports injuries, post-operative hip and knee surgeries, hand injuries, lower limb amputee rehab and Parkinson's Disease exercise prescription.
She uses a manual therapy, hands-on approach in conjunction with electrotherapy and other modalities to provide a complete treatment experience for patients in her care. She is a firm believer in individualized therapy and encourages patients to be active participants in their recovery process to ultimately achieve their goal of optimal health and wellness.
When not at work, Nikki can be found hiking the local trails with family and their two small dogs.
