Teresa holds a personal interest and passion in helping those in their Post-Operative Rehabilitation journey. She has gained vast experience working with patients who have undergone orthopaedic surgeries such as joint arthroplasty, achilles tendon rupture repair (& non-operative management) ACL repairs as well as knee/shoulder arthroscopy just to name a few. She also greatly enjoys working with active individuals utilizing a treatment focus of injury prevention.
Having a long history participating in athletics herself, Teresa has volunteered countless hours with local sports teams, including the Vancouver Stealth Professional Lacrosse Team. Outside of the clinic, she continues to maintain an active healthy lifestyle alongside her husband and two young sons.
Teresa is passionate about her work and she strives to help each patient reach his or her greatest level of recovery. She believes that a combination of education, IMS, manual therapy as well as a safe functional exercise program are all key components to one working towards and achieving their personal health goals
Teresa's mission is to strive together, to reach your ultimate goals in physical health.
