I had not understood what kinesiology was before I was sent by ICBC. I had lingering pain from an accident, and honestly did not think this would help. Boy was I wrong. I have been working with Tina, and I am genuinely amazed by how these simple exercises can actually illuminate pain. I keep sending more and more people to Tina, because I am realizing that these terrible pains in our bodies are actually connected to the wrong muscles being over used while other muscles remain underused. Tina is an excellent communicator, and great at helping you sort out what is really going on in your body so that it can be corrected. I am learning how to illuminate the pain. It does take work, but it is so worth it. Pain from an accident, just from regular office work, a hurt knee, or painful low back… most of these things can be corrected! Even tension headaches!!
