Kirsten graduated from the West Coast College of Massage in 2023. She was motivated to become a Registered Massage Therapist as she found it helped her through many years as a competitive dancer during her youth and as an adult. Kirsten enjoys treating headaches related to muscle tension, chronic pain, whiplash, sport injuries, and working with youth. She is also comfortable providing deep tissue massage.

She is also a certified 200-hour yoga instructor! Kirsten likes to incorporate stretching in her home-care routine to promote mobility and self-care.

During her time off, you can find Kirsten practicing yoga, walking her dog or reading a book.
